HDSDI GROUP Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the HDSDI Group Customer Service team.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from hdsdigroup.com. If you have purchased your item from our showroom or one of our retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 14 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* HDSDI Group will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
Goods are considered faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs or becomes apparent within 30 days of your purchase. HDSDI Group will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.
When a faulty item is returned, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product, subject to availability. HD-SDI Group reserve the right to replace or refund the faulty product.
How To Make a Return
We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you wish to return any item simply re-package it in its original box and, within 14 days of receipt of the hardware mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org providing the invoice number and date of purchase for the product you wish to return. We then send you an RMA number and the address details to return the product.
Our 14 day no quibble returns policy is limited:
All delivery addresses
Customers must contact the HDSDI Group by telephone or email within 14 days of receipt of the product and be able to make the return (be in for the carriers) within 14 days of receipt of the arrangement to return the goods.
No Saturday collections but can be if we have installers in the area.
HDSDI Group cannot accept hardware that has been damaged
Hardware must be in its original packaging.
Delivery costs will not be refunded
The cost of the returned hardware will be processed on receipt and examination of the hardware
